Chocolate And Rum Fondue
|Dark chocolate||8 Ounce, broken into small pieces|
|Double cream||6 Tablespoon|
|Icing sugar||2 Ounce, sifted|
In a small bowl set over a pan of hot water, melt the chocolate with the cream, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
As soon as the chocolate has melted, remove the bowl from the heat.
Stir in the rum and the sugar.
Pour the mixture into a fondue pot set over a small spirit lamp.
Ignite the spirit lamp and serve the fondue with the fruit or pieces of cake.
