Cheese Broiled Oysters

  Coarse salt To Taste
  Oysters 24 , opened, drained
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon, grated
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon

Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
Fill a roasting pan or cookie sheet with coarse salt.
Wedge oysters in salt.
In a small bowl, combine butter, flour and cheese.
Spread mixture over oysters.
Broil in oven 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice.
