Savory Shrimp Cheese Cups
|Peeled cooked shrimp/One 4 1/4-ounce can shrimp, drained and soaked as label directs||1⁄4 Pound, finely chopped|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Marjoram leaves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Refrigerated crescent dinner rolls||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cocktail sauce||2 Tablespoon (1 Can)|
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup cocktail saucel and seasonings until smooth.
Stir in shrimp.
Unroll crescent roll dough; separate into 4 rectangles.
Firmly press perforations together to seal.
Cut each rectangle lengthwise, then crosswise into 4 pieces; press onto bottoms and 1/2 inch up sides of muffin cups.
Spoon 1 rounded tablespoon cheese mixture into each prepared muffin cup.
Bake 10 minutes or until hot.
Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan.
