Wheat Cheese Snacks
|Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded american cheese||16 Ounce (Two 8 Ounce Cups)|
|Wheat||17 1⁄5 Ounce, shredded (8 To 10 Cups Or 1 Box)|
|Cajun seasoning||1 Tablespoon|
Melt margarine and cheese over low heat.
In a large bowl, pour cheese mixture over shredded wheat and Cajun seasoning.
Toss to coat.
Spread on cookie sheet to cool.
Store in airtight container.
If snacks become soft, re-crisp them by placing on baking sheet in a 250 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
