Cherry Cheese Mousse

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 1 Pound, softened
  Lime jelly powder 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Small Box)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cherries 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), pitted
  Cherry jelly powder 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Small Box)
  Cherry juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a food processor, beat cream cheese until smooth.
Set aside.
Dissolve lime jelly powder in 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water.
Add cold water and cherries.
Fold into cream cheese.
Pour into a springform mold or divide among dessert cups.
Refrigerate.
Dissolve cherry jelly powder in 1 cup (250 mL) boiling water.
Add cherry juice.
Let cool.
Remove first mixture from refrigerator.
Top with cherry jelly.
Refrigerate at least.
