Creamy Corn Fondue
|Finely chopped green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Chicken broth||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Homemade / Canned / From Bouillon Cubes)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Canned cream style corn||8 Ounce (1 Can / 1 Cup)|
|Liquid pepper sauce||4 Drop|
|Fresh vegetable pieces||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Dipping)|
1. Put butter and green pepper into a 2-quart glass measuring pitcher. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 1 minute at High.
2. Add flour, salt and red pepper to mixture in pitcher; stir. Blend chicken broth into flour mixture. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes at High, or until thickened; stir once.
3. Add cheese to sauce and stir until melted. Stir in corn and liquid pepper sauce. Heat uncovered in microwave oven to serving temperature (1 1/2 to 2 minutes at High).
