Creamy Corn Fondue

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Homemade / Canned / From Bouillon Cubes)
  Shredded swiss cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Canned cream style corn 8 Ounce (1 Can / 1 Cup)
  Liquid pepper sauce 4 Drop
  Fresh vegetable pieces 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Dipping)
Directions

1. Put butter and green pepper into a 2-quart glass measuring pitcher. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 1 minute at High.
2. Add flour, salt and red pepper to mixture in pitcher; stir. Blend chicken broth into flour mixture. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes at High, or until thickened; stir once.
3. Add cheese to sauce and stir until melted. Stir in corn and liquid pepper sauce. Heat uncovered in microwave oven to serving temperature (1 1/2 to 2 minutes at High).
