  Mozzarella cheese 8 Ounce
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Dip the cheese cubes into the egg and then into the cracker crumbs.
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the breaded cheese until crisp and brown.
Stick each cube with a toothpick.
