Crab And Cheese Delight
|Crab meat/Canned crab and pollock||1 Can (10 oz), crumbled|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|French baguette rounds||4|
|Mozzarella cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
In a bowl, mix first 5 ingredients.
Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C).
Spread baguette rounds with chilled seafood mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Transfer to a non stick baking sheet.
Cook in oven 7 minutes or so.
Increase oven temperature to BROIL.
Continue cooking 2 minutes or until is cheese golden brown.
