Ham And Cheese Medley
|Canned pineapple tidbits||8 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Head of lettuce||1 Small, torn in bite-size pieces|
|Cubed fully cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Halved seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Natural swiss cheese||2 Ounce, cut into strips|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.
Toss together pineapple and next 4 ingredients.
Line salad bowl with Bibb lettuce; spoon in salad mixture.
For dressing, stir reserved syrup into sour cream till well blended; chill.
To serve, spoon a little dressing atop salad.
Garnish with additional green grapes and Bibb lettuce, if desired.
Pass remaining dressing.
