|Green bell pepper||To Taste, chopped|
|Chives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Alfalfa sprouts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Caraway seeds||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Sea salt||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Mix cottage cheese with peppers, chives, sprouts, and sea salt.
Center a mound of the mixture on lettuce leaves and garnish with hard-cooked egg slices, tomatoes, and cucumber.
Top with a dab of Tofu mayonnaise.
For a gourmet touch, mix 2 T of brandy with cottage cheese mixture.
