Shrimp Cheese Bisque
|Minced green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Processed canadian cheese||1⁄4 Pound, cut in small pieces|
|Canned shrimps||20 Ounce, finely chopped (One # 2 Can)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Melt butter or margarine in medium-size saucepan; add green pepper and onion; saute over low heat 5 minutes, or until tender but not brown.
Blend in flour and salt; stir in milk, cheese, shrimps and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook over low heat, stirring often, until cheese melts and soup is hot.
Do not boil.
