Shrimp Cheese Bisque

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Minced green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Processed canadian cheese 1⁄4 Pound, cut in small pieces
  Canned shrimps 20 Ounce, finely chopped (One # 2 Can)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt butter or margarine in medium-size saucepan; add green pepper and onion; saute over low heat 5 minutes, or until tender but not brown.
Blend in flour and salt; stir in milk, cheese, shrimps and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook over low heat, stirring often, until cheese melts and soup is hot.
Do not boil.
