|Agar agar flakes/Gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Cold milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sea salt||1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Blue cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crumbled|
|Cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced|
|Cucumber||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), peeled and diced|
|Alfalfa sprouts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Sprinkle gelatin on milk and place over heat until dissolved.
Remove from heat, add salt, yogurt, and mix well.
Add cheeses, onion, celery, cucumber, sprouts, and radishes.
Turn into mold; refrigerate for several hours.
