Ingredients
  Agar agar flakes/Gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Cold milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Blue cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crumbled
  Cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), peeled and diced
  Alfalfa sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Sprinkle gelatin on milk and place over heat until dissolved.
Remove from heat, add salt, yogurt, and mix well.
Cool.
Add cheeses, onion, celery, cucumber, sprouts, and radishes.
Turn into mold; refrigerate for several hours.
