Ingredients
  Lean pork 1 Pound
  Cornstarch 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chinese white cheese 2
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cut pork in 1/16 inch slices. Place in a heatproof bowl.
2. Blend cornstarch, soy sauce and cold water. Mash white cheese cubes and blend in. Pour mixture over pork.
3. Steam on a rack until done
