|Soy powder||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Skim milk powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Nutritional yeast||2 Tablespoon|
|Whole grain bread cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||3 Cup (48 tbs), grated|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tamari soy sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine soy powder, skim milk powder and water by making a paste first and gradually adding the rest of the water.
If you plan to use the nutritional yeast, blend it in at this time also.
Soak bread in milk mixture.
Add eggs, cheese and seasonings to milk and bread mixture.
Pour into oiled casserole.
Bake in preheated oven until fondue has risen slightly, is brown, and set in the center. (An inserted knife will come out clean.)
