Ingredients
  Strawberries 1 Pint, hulled and sliced, divided
  Fresh orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Granola 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), divided
  Torn assorted greens 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low fat cottage cheese 16 Ounce (2 Cups)
  Grated orange peel 1 Teaspoon (Fresh)
Directions

Place 1 cup strawberries, 2 tablespoons orange juice and sugar in blender container.
Cover; process until smooth.
Set aside.
Combine cottage cheese, remaining 2 tablespoons orange juice, orange peel and 1/2 cup cereal in small bowl.
Arrange greens on 4 salad plates; top each with cottage cheese mixture and remaining 1 cup strawberries.
Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup cereal over cottage cheese.
