This Crab Fondue tastes yummy ! This cheese, wine and milk crab dish is one of the best Swiss Crab preparations that I've ever come across. Your suggestions for this Crab Fondue are welcome !
|Package cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|American cheese spread||5 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Canned crab||7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked and cartilage removed (1 Can)|
|Dry white wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|French bread||1 , cut into bite size pieces (Accompaniment)|
In saucepan over low heat melt together cream cheese and American cheese spread, stirring constantly.
Stir in crab, milk, wine, and Worcestershire sauce.
Transfer to fondue pot or chafing dish; place over burner.
