Shrimp Fondue

Shrimp Fondue has a wonderful taste. The shrimp with white wine gives the Shrimp Fondue a prefect taste. Shrimp Fondue is easy to make recipe.
Ingredients
  Shrimp/1 package or bag (1 1/2 pounds) 2 Pound, peeled and deveined (fresh or frozen)
  Nutmeg 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated (divided)
  White wine 2 Cup (32 tbs), divided
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Swiss cheese 1 Pound, cubed
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Clean shrimp if necessary.
Place shrimp in boiling water to which 1 teaspoon of nutmeg has been added.
After water resumes boiling, cook shrimp 3 minutes.
Drain; keep warm.
Heat 1 3/4 cups of the wine and the garlic in the top of a double boiler.
Remove garlic.
Add Swiss cheese; stir constantly until melted.
Combine cornstarch, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg with 1/4 cup wine; stir into cheese mixture.
Continue stirring until smooth.
