Peas And Cheese
|Canned peas||5 Ounce|
|Turmeric powder||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ginger||1⁄2 , chopped|
|Onions||2 , chopped|
|Tomato sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Green chilies||4 , chopped|
|Coriander powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Paneer/3 hardboiled eggs||100 Gram, hardboiled|
Heat the ghee and lightly fry the onions.
Add the water from the tin of peas, green chillies, coriander and turmeric powders, and ginger.
Cover, and cook on a low fire for about ten minutes.
Add the peas and tomato sauce.
Bring to the boil and remove from the fire.
The paneer is usually fried and then mixed with the peas, but you may use it in its natural state, as it is more digestible that way.
If you use eggs instead of paneer, cut them into lengthwise pieces and arrange on top of the peas.
