Vegetable Cheese Bake
|Broccoli/Head cauliflower/two 10 ounce packages frozen||21 Ounce, cooked and drained|
|Condensed cream of vegetable soup/Celery/chicken/mushroom||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Buttered bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place broccoli or cauliflower in shallow baking dish (10 x 6 x 2 ).
Blend soup, milk, and cheese; pour over vegetable.
Top with crumbs.
Bake in a 350° oven 30 minutes or until bubbling.
