Cheese Stuffed Plaice

Cheese Stuffed Plaice is a prefect apptizer. The cheese stuffing flavored with parsley and lemon gives the Cheese Stuffed Plaice a out of this world taste. Cheese Stuffed Plaice is inspired by resturants all across the world.
Ingredients
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Grated cheddar cheese 8 Ounce
  Fresh white breadcrumbs 4 Ounce
  Parsley sprigs 2
  Plaice fillets/8 small fillets plaice 4 Large
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced tomatoes 4
  Lemon slices 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wash and skin fillets of plaice.
Dry well.
Cream butter, beat in 6 oz. cheese, 2 oz. breadcrumbs, parsley and seasoning.
Spread thickly on fillets and roll from tail.
Place in well buttered, shallow, ovenproof dish with sliced tomatoes.
Mix remaining breadcrumbs and cheese and sprinkle over fish and tomatoes.
Bake in a moderate oven (375° F, Gas Mark 4) for 25-30 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and lemon.
