Rosy And White Aspic
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Condensed tomato soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Grated onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Crisp salad greens||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Creamy cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Sprinkle gelatine on cold water to soften.
Place over low heat; stir until gelatine is dissolved.
Remove from heat; combine with soup and onion.
Pour into 1 quart or 4 individual molds that have been rinsed with cold water.
Chill until firm.
Unmold; serve on salad greens with a topping of cottage cheese.
