Basic Beef Fondue With Variations

Ingredients
  Beef tenderloin 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 3/4 inch cubes
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dipping sauce 3 Tablespoon
  French rolls 4 , sliced
Directions

Arrange meat on platter.
Meanwhile, heat oil according to fondue pot manufacturer's directions or in electric skillet set at 400°; oil should be about 2-inches deep.
Spear beef cubes on fondue forks until done to individual taste.
Remove to plate and serve with choice of sauces and condiments and sliced French rolls
