Cream Cheese Butter Mints

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)
  Butter flavoring 2 Teaspoon
  Peppermint oil 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 16 Ounce, sifted (1 Package)
  Food coloring paste 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine cream cheese, butter flavoring, peppermint, and powdered sugar ina large mixing bowl; beat at low speed of an electric mixer until blended.
Add a small amount of food coloring; beat at medium speed until blended.
Press mixture into mint molds or roll into small balls and flatten slightly.
