Asparagus With Cream Cheese
|Frozen cut asparagus||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chicken broth||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Regular Strength)|
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce (2 Packages)|
Combine asparagus and broth in a pan and bring to boiling, uncovered.
Stir to break asparagus apart; then reduce heat and simmer gently, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Add salt to taste, if needed.
Cut cream cheese into about 1/2-inch cubes and place in a soup tureen.
