Grilled Cod With Cheese
|Cod cutlets/Steaks / fillets||4 (about one inch thick)|
|Cheese||2 Ounce, grated|
Grease a grill pan and put in the cutlets.
Grill, on one side only, for about 3-4 minutes.
Turn the fish over and remove from heat.
Cream butter, cheese, salt and pepper together and spread the uncooked side of the fish, thickly and evenly.
Return the grill pan to a slightly lower heat and cook gently until fish is done and the coating is browned.
This should take about 10 minutes.
