Creamy Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), cut into half
  Dry white wine 300 Milliliter
  Gruyere cheese 225 Gram, grated
  Emmenthal cheese 225 Gram, grated
  Cornflour 20 Milliliter
  Pepper To Taste
  Nutmeg To Taste, grated
Directions

Rub the inside of the cooking pot with garlic.
Add the wine and cook (Family de luxe LOW, Auto ) for 30 minutes.
Mix cheese with the cornflour and seasonings thoroughly.
Add the cheese mixture to the wine and stir well.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours, stirring after 30 minutes.
The fondue may now be left in the Slo cooker for the recommended time.
