Pepper Cheese Pastry
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Sweet red pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into 2 inch thin strips|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into 2 inch thin strips|
|Hot sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Crescent rolls||16 Ounce (2 Package, 8 Ounce Each)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Monterey jack cheese||1 Pound, shredded|
In 2 quart casserole, combine oil, onion and peppers.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 6 to 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Add hot sauce.
Insert metal accessory rack.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Grease a 15x10x 1 inch jelly roll pan.
Press crescent roll dough onto jelly roll pan.
Bake for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Top with onion, peppers and monterey jack cheese.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until cheese begins to brown.
