Cheesy Meat Topper
Cheesy meat topper is a blue cheese topping recipe for steaks or hamburgers. Blended with dressing and worcestershire sauce, its used to smother the meat and serve it rich and creamy.
|Blue cheese||4 Ounce, crumbled|
|Oil vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|French dressing||2 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
To cheese, gradually add French dressing and Worcestershire sauce; blend well.
Spread on broiled steak or hamburger about 3 minutes before meat is done; return to grill or broiler.
Heat till mixture bubbles; serve at once.
