Goat Cheese & Red Pepper Rolls

Ingredients
  Goat cheese 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Red onion 1⁄2 Small, minced
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lavash 1
  Roasted red peppers 12 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Arugula 2 Bunch (200 gm), tough stems removed
Directions

In small bowl, with spoon, mix goat cheese, cream cheese, red onion, milk, and black pepper until well blended.
Unfold lahvash; spread with goat cheese mixture to 1/2 inch from edge.
Top with red peppers, then arugula.
Roll lahvash jelly roll fashion.
Wrap lahvash roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 to 8 hours to allow bread to soften and flavor to develop.
