Cheeseolettes has an incredible taste. The cheese and eggs gives the Cheeseolettes a one of its kind taste. Cheeseolettes is inspired by restaurants globally.
Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Flour 2 Ounce
  Fat/Oil / shortening 4 Tablespoon (for frying)
  Cheese 4 Ounce, grated
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Seasoning To Taste
Directions

Blend all the ingredients together.
Heat fat in pan and drop in spoonfuls of this mixture.
Fry until crisp and golden brown.
Turn, brown on the other side.
Drain well and serve with a dish of sliced tomatoes and another of crisp lettuce.
These are a cross between pancakes and omelettes.
