|Fat/Oil / shortening||4 Tablespoon (for frying)|
|Cheese||4 Ounce, grated|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Blend all the ingredients together.
Heat fat in pan and drop in spoonfuls of this mixture.
Fry until crisp and golden brown.
Turn, brown on the other side.
Drain well and serve with a dish of sliced tomatoes and another of crisp lettuce.
These are a cross between pancakes and omelettes.
