|Feta cheese||2 Pound, crumbled|
|Parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Prepare piglet as above, rubbing it inside and out with salt and pepper, a little oregano, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Stuff piglet with the cheese mixed with parsley.
Sew or skewer opening closed and roast as directed.
