Stuffings For Roast Suckling Pig Feta Cheese Stuffing

Ingredients
  Feta cheese 2 Pound, crumbled
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Prepare piglet as above, rubbing it inside and out with salt and pepper, a little oregano, lemon juice, and olive oil.
Stuff piglet with the cheese mixed with parsley.
Sew or skewer opening closed and roast as directed.
