Ham And Cheese Fondue
|White bread slice||12|
|Canned deviled ham||4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Large Can)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Eggs||4 , slightly beaten|
|Milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Spread 6 slices bread with deviled ham.
Place in bottom of 8 3/4 x 13 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish, ham side up.
Top with green pepper, onion and half the cheese.
Place 6 remaining slices of bread on cheese.
Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard.
Pour over bread.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake 10 minutes longer.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
