Fruit And Cheese Platter
|Canned pineapple slices||30 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package, Orange Flavored Gelatin)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, cubed and softened (1 Package)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Cream style cottage cheese||16 Ounce (1 Carton)|
Drain fruits, reserving syrup.
Cut large pieces of fruits into 1" cubes; set aside.
Add water to syrup to make 1 1/2 cups.
Bring to boiling; add to gelatin and stir till dissolved.
With rotary beater, gradually beat hot gelatin into cheese.
Stir in juices.
Chill till partially set, stirring occasionally.
Pour into four 1/2 cup molds.
Chill till firm.
Unmold; arrange on 4 lettuce-lined plates with pineapple and cottage cheese.
