Low Calorie Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Egg yolk 1
  Canned low calorie chocolate topping 6 Ounce
  Instant coffee powder 3 Teaspoon
  Low calorie canned fruits 8 Ounce (For Dipping, Several Cans)
Directions

Combine skim milk, cornstarch and egg yolk.
Beat until blended.
Stir in chocolate topping, coffee powder and 1/3 cup juice drained from one of the fruits.
Cook and stir over low heat until mixture bubbles and thickens.
Approximately 74 calories per serving with fruit.
