Low Calorie Chocolate Fondue
|Skim milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned low calorie chocolate topping||6 Ounce|
|Instant coffee powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Low calorie canned fruits||8 Ounce (For Dipping, Several Cans)|
Combine skim milk, cornstarch and egg yolk.
Beat until blended.
Stir in chocolate topping, coffee powder and 1/3 cup juice drained from one of the fruits.
Cook and stir over low heat until mixture bubbles and thickens.
Approximately 74 calories per serving with fruit.
