Cream Cheese

This Cream Cheese makes an ideal spread for my breakfast toast. The soft dreamy creamy cheese feel is so mystic ! Just try for yourself first thing tomorrow morning and tell me if you like it !
Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cold water/Dietetic ginger ale 3 Tablespoon
  Cottage cheese/Pot cheese / 4 ounces farmer cheese 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Imitation butter flavoring 1 Dash
Directions

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small saucepan.
Place over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves, about 3 minutes.
In blender, mash cheese (add a few tablespoons of water if necessary).
When mixture is smooth and creamy, add dissolved gelatin, vanilla extract and butter flavoring.
Mix well.
Transfer mixture to an ice cube tray (divider removed).
Chill in refrigerator till set.
Divide into 2 equal servings; wrap each serving in wax paper and refrigerate up to 2 days
