|Unflavored gelatin||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cold water/Dietetic ginger ale||3 Tablespoon|
|Cottage cheese/Pot cheese / 4 ounces farmer cheese||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Imitation butter flavoring||1 Dash|
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small saucepan.
Place over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin dissolves, about 3 minutes.
In blender, mash cheese (add a few tablespoons of water if necessary).
When mixture is smooth and creamy, add dissolved gelatin, vanilla extract and butter flavoring.
Transfer mixture to an ice cube tray (divider removed).
Chill in refrigerator till set.
Divide into 2 equal servings; wrap each serving in wax paper and refrigerate up to 2 days
