Meat And Cottage Cheese Mold
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken bouillon cube||1|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Creamed cottage cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Minced cooked meat||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Such As Beef, Ham, Chicken, Turkey, Or Tongue)|
|Chopped pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Red Or Green)|
1. Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water in a saucepan; add bouillon cube and stir over low heat until gelatin and bouillon cube are dissolved.
2. Remove from heat, add 1/2 cup water and cottage cheese, and beat thoroughly. Chill until slightly thickened.
3. Mix meat, chopped pepper, salt, and pepper into thickened gelatin. Turn into a 1 quart mold or 4 individual 8-ounce molds. Chill until set.
4. Unmold salad and garnish with salad greens.
