Cheese Latkes With Blueberry Topping

  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Cottage cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Skim milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bread slice 1 , made into crumbs
  Blueberry topping 1 Tablespoon

Combine the ingredients and mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto hot non-stick pan.
Brown lightly on both sides.
