Fruit Nut Cheese Mold

Fruit and nut cheese mold is a salad mold made with pineapples and walnuts. Combined together with celery, the fruit and nut cheese mold is made with lime flavored gelatin and is tangy with the strong hint of pimientos.
Ingredients
  Canned crushed pineapple 20 1⁄2 Ounce
  Lime gelatin 3 Ounce (Three 1 Ounce Packets)
  Cream cheese package 6 Ounce, cubed and softened (Two 3 Ounce Cream Cheese Packages)
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned chopped pimiento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

Heat undrained pineapple to boiling.
Add gelatin; stir till dissolved.
Slowly add hot mixture to cheese, beating smooth with rotary beater.
Chill till partially set.
Stir in celery, nuts, and pimiento.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into 6 1/2 cup mold.
Chill till firm.
