Fruit Nut Cheese Mold
|Canned crushed pineapple||20 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Lime gelatin||3 Ounce (Three 1 Ounce Packets)|
|Cream cheese package||6 Ounce, cubed and softened (Two 3 Ounce Cream Cheese Packages)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned chopped pimiento||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Heat undrained pineapple to boiling.
Add gelatin; stir till dissolved.
Slowly add hot mixture to cheese, beating smooth with rotary beater.
Chill till partially set.
Stir in celery, nuts, and pimiento.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into 6 1/2 cup mold.
Chill till firm.
