Cream Cheese Pastry
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Allow cheese and butter to soften to room temperature, then stir in flour.
Chill about one hour then shape into 24 one-inch balls.
Place in ungreased 1 3/4 muffin tins.
Press against bottom and sides.
Use for pecan or butter tarts.
Bake at 350Â° for 20 min.
