This Dessert Cheese Platter is honestly more than a dessert for me. Probably a cheese lover like me can't ask for more ! This cheese ensemble is awesome and filling too. Many a time I skip dinner and have this dessert platter. Can you do that ?What do you think ?
  Hard cheese 1 Ounce (Bleu / Cheddar / Colby / Coon / Edam / Monterey Jack / Muenster / Port Due Salut / Roquefort / Swiss / Ilsit)
  Cottage cheese/Pot or ricotta cheese / 2 ounces farmer cheese / 1 serving cream cheese , count 1/3 cup cottage cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Apple 1 Medium, cut into wedges
  Strawberry jelly 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1 Serving)
  Toast slice 1 , cut into fingers

Arrange cheeses, fruit, jelly mound and toast fingers on a dessert plate or small cheese board.
