Squash Blossom With Cottage Cheese is a delicious snack to have during summers. When you don't know what to do with the squash, this is a great dish to use squash flowers. Its so simple and easy to make and a great way to prevent growth of squash. This Squash Blossom With Cottage Cheese recipe is just one of the many squash flower recipes.
Ingredients
  Squash flower 12
  Cottage cheese/Goat cheese / cream cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil/Cooking oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Fill squash flower with 1/2 tbsp cheese.
Close the flower and keep aside.
Take scrambled eggs in a tray and flour in another tray.
Season the flour with salt and pepper and mix.
Dip the cheese stuffed flower in scrambled egg first and then roll them in the flour mixture.
Deep fry the flowers in a pan.
Cook them until they are nice brown and crispy.
Place them on paper towel when it is done.
