Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

|Cream cheese||6 Ounce, softened|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated lemon peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Confectioners sugar||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Milk/Light cream||2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Blend cream cheese with lemon juice and peel.
Gradually add the confectioners' sugar, beating until smooth.
If necessary, beat in milk, 1 teaspoon at a time, until frosting is of desired consistency.
