Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Lime gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Package)
  Lemon gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Package)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Carton)
  Crushed pineapple 1 Can (10 oz) (Drained)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, minced
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in celery, green pepper, cottage cheese, pineapple, mayonnaise or salad dressing, and onion.
Pour into a 5 cup mold.
Chill until firm.
