Ingredients
  Margarine 25 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  All purpose flour 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  2% milk 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Mozzarella cheese 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Gruyere cheese 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Ricotta cheese 125 Milliliter
  Pasta 1 Pound
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt the margarine in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the flour and mix well.
Add the milk and the cheeses.
Let them melt over low heat.
Cook the pasta in salted, boiling water.
Drain.
Add the pasta to the cheese sauce; pepper and mix well.
