Tomato Cottage Cheese Salad
|Green pepper rings||2|
|Cottage cheese/Dry cottage cheese||4 Tablespoon, creamed|
|Lettuce leaves||2 Large|
|Hard cooked eggs||1 , sliced|
Slice tomato in thirds and alternate with rings of green pepper, spooning 2 tablespoons cottage cheese between each.
Hold together with wooden picks.
Place on lettuce leaves and garnish with egg, carrot curls, and radish.
