Nut Coated Cheese Log has a delicious taste. The cream cheese gives the Nut Coated Cheese Log a mouth filling taste. Must catch it.
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Pasteurized process sharp cheddar cheese spread||5 Ounce|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Thoroughly blend cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and salt.
Chill several hours.
Shape cheese mixture into a log or mound; coat evenly with the parsley and pecans.
Chill until ready to serve with crisp crackers.
