Scallops Seviche

Ingredients
  Lime juice 6 Tablespoon
  Catsup 6 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 6 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Bay scallops 3 Pound
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Parsley sprigs 1
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Parsley 3 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Combine the lime juice, lemon juice, and scallops.
Mix well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Drain the scallops.
Add the onion, parsley, catsup, 6 to 8 drops of Tabasco sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Chill thoroughly.
Garnish with sprigs of parsley.
