Sea Scallops Seviche
|Sea scallops||1⁄2 Pound (1 Cup)|
|Lime juice||4 Tablespoon (Juice Of 4 Limes)|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1) Quarter the raw scallops and marinate with the lime juice for minimum 1 hour in the refrigerator, then drain well.
2) Combine the scallops with the parsley, green pepper and onion.
3) Then stir in the olive oil, blend well and season with the salt and pepper to taste.
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
