Ingredients
  Fresh scallops/Mild flavored fish such as sole / halibut 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Limes 3
  Lemons 3 , juiced
  Red onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Chopped cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet red pepper 1 , finely chopped
  Green pepper 1 , finely chopped
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled, seeded and diced
  Scallions 3 , chopped
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut the fish into small pieces.
Place it in a glass bowl along with the lime and lemon juice.
Refrigerate at least 6 hours or until the fish becomes opaque.
Add the remaining ingredients and refrigerate at least another hour to blend the flavors.
Serve with tortilla chips.
