Shrimp Ceviche

If ceviche salad is made well,I usually eat good portions of it & skip my meal.You can make it in different ways but it tastes best when it's kept simple.
Ingredients
  Medium cooked shrimp 2 Pound
  Cooked shrimp 2 Pound
  Orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ketchup 12 Tablespoon
  Red onion 1⁄2 Pound, finely sliced
  Oil 6 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat oil in a pan & add all the ingredients but for shrimps,add shrimps after a minute,saute shrimp for a while over low heat,constantly stirring it with the other ingredients.Cover and put in refrigerator overnight or 4-6 hours.
